Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our in-house digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.
Content Management
• Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging content for digital channels.
• Oversee content updates and new content creation on the company website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and improve website traffic through effective SEO and content marketing strategies.
Social Media Management
• Develop and manage social media calendar, creating engaging posts that align with our brand voice and objectives.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community on all social platforms.
• Analyze social media performance and optimize strategy based on insights.
SEO & SEM
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
• Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO efforts including on-page and off-page optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing results.
• A/B test campaigns to understand effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
Email Marketing
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated drip campaigns.
• Segment audiences, craft personalized messaging, and monitor email campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns for better open and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an in-house role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
