Community Coordinator

•Regular position •
Salary Range: ?10,000 to 13,500 per month

Location - Chevayur, Kozhikode

Full time - Work from OFFICE mode. (09:00 to 05:30)

•Sundays and Second Saturdays Holiday.•

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and expanding our community outreach efforts, fostering strong relationships with community members, and assisting in the planning and execution of community-based programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage community outreach programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and community members.
• Organize and oversee community events, workshops, and meetings to engage and empower the community.
• Provide support and assistance to community members, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to create and distribute promotional materials and resources for community programs.
• Track and report on program participation, outcomes, and community feedback.
• Tracking the leads and forwarding to Sales / CRM.

Qualifications:

• 12th (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 06 months of experience in community engagement, outreach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local community organizations and resources is a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms and online community engagement tools.
• Fluency in Malayalam and english is preferred.
