We're Hiring: Jr. Architect/Architect

Department: Engineering (Architecture)

Location: Vinobha Nagar, Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Language Requirement: Basic Kannada

We are looking for a talented and passionate Jr. Architect/Architect with a B. Arch qualification to join our team. This role involves working closely with Senior Architects to ensure high-quality design & development of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of concept and GFC drawings to Senior Architect.
• Design Checks: Review and highlight parameters in concept drawings. Prepare error-free design details.
• Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Generate detailed site observation reports and ensure quality standards are maintained. o Software Knowledge: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B. Arch (Must)
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in design and development.
• Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge of Kannada.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
