Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will support senior architects in the development and implementation of architectural projects, from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and models.
• Support the development of project plans, including site analysis, zoning, and building codes.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input on design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems, and sustainable practices.
• Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
