Job Description

:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in designing innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will work closely with senior architects, urban planners, and engineers to help bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts, architectural drawings, and presentations.
• Support the preparation of construction documents and project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers throughout all stages of the design process.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Assist in site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants and external contractors.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A strong interest in real estate development and urban design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
