Job Summary

:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our architectural team. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop innovative designs, prepare technical drawings, and assist with project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the design and planning of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, or institutional buildings. Prepare detailed drawings, models, and 3D renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of site analysis reports. Support senior architects in client presentations and project proposals. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines. Assist in project documentation and management of construction processes. Conduct research on materials, building systems, and design trends to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture (internships or part-time work may be considered). Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. A portfolio showcasing design work and technical proficiency is required.
