Location: No.56, Vempanattu, Plamood, Pattom P.O, Plamoodu Thekkumoodu Residents Association, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Schedule: Morning shift, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural and interior design of project
• Utilize engineering principles and materials knowledge to achieve project goals.
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including Contractors, Vendors and Consultants.
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals and schedules
• Create design concepts with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design, specifically using Fresher also can apply
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Laptop preferred

• Resident in Trivandrum.
