Designing/ suggesting sustainable efficient store design. Ensuring optimal user-friendly design solutions that are economically feasible, and require minimum investment costs. Feasibility Planning to ensure the new site as per Spar Standards.

Efficient integration of store operations procedures in design to minimize the operational costs.

Timely drawings /Speedy design modifications in existing store layouts to support operational targets.

Constantly add value to design with fresh and more user-friendly ideas that help ease the operational procedures.

To integrate all departments of projects team for more efficient design solution, with their inputs. delivery for executions and services.

Visiting newly opened and operational stores regularly to understand the functionality and design performance.

Checking the feasibility of new properties for store design, thus supporting the BD team in gauging the potential of newly acquired properties.

To explore the new zone of small-scale stores to provide an equally optimal design solution this works efficiently.

To provide evolving designs, keeping pace with the ever-changing demands of organized retail industry.

Work with various developer consultants to agree on spar store technical requirements and fitment.

Check and maintain spar specification requirements documents. Work closely with retail planning, engineering services, maintenance, contracts, BOQ and marketing teams

Prepare feasibility layouts and options and Ability to discuss and negotiate with architects and developers.
