The company has a full complement of professionals with expertise in Architecture, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Construction, and Project Management to serve the facilities market in North America region. This group provides engineering services for facilities which includes but not limited to data centers, manufacturing, commercial, food & consumer product, and aviation. We are looking for a young, and energetic architect to join our growing Global Facilities team in Mumbai office to lead and support architectural design activities on projects mainly in North America region. The successful candidate will report to the Architectural departmental manager and will assist in developing designs and drawings for future projects. Responsibilities: The Architect will assist project teams of architects and designers to create world class design on a variety of projects including corporate, healthcare, airports, institutional, governmental, mission critical, aerospace, and military from concept design through completion of construction: 1. Develop, modify, and review construction drawings and specification for facilities listed above. 2. Assist in the development of interiors based on client vision and architectural needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers. 3. Assist project teams and works on a variety of design projects from conceptual design through construction administration. 4. Build effective relationships with existing customers, contractors, and peers to help develop new business opportunities. 5. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. Bachelor\'s degree in architecture from accredited program is required. 2. 1-3 years of experience. 3. Prefer previous experience in healthcare, aerospace, military, airport, and institutional facility related experience. 4. Must have ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. 5. Intermediate software and computer skills required including AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, and Microsoft Professional Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic working knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD and Sketchup is mandatory. 6. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are preferred Not Applicable #BMI N/A
