Job Summary :
We are looking for a Junior Architect (Draftsman) to assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and plans.

Key Skills - Autocad 2D, knowledge of bylaws, drafting skills

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using 2D software
• Assist in developing and revising architectural designs and layouts based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that design and drafting requirements are met.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Modify and update plans as needed throughout the construction or project development process.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
• Assist in site visits, measurements, and project documentation as required.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D Autocad software .
• Strong technical and creative drawing skills.
• Understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience :
0-2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
