JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: The purpose of the Job of will be Maintaining Invoicing, Purchases, Banking (Processing payments and maintaining books of accounts), and other general accountant-related work, which helps to maintain proper books of accounts of the company to meet both internal and external compliances. KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Making GST Compliant Invoices
2. Making Day to day Payments
3. Updating Bank entries in Books of accounts
4. Adjusting received payments to receivable with added effort
5. Auditing Purchase Bills and accounting for them
6. Adjusting payments of receivables
7. Reconciliation of Vendors and doing proactive follow-ups with vendors.
8. Maintaining physical records as per auditing standards and facilitating auditors to audit.
