Job Title: Jr. Account Assistant

Location: Palasuni, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Timing: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, basic knowledge of Tally Prime, and a basic understanding of GST. This role involves handling various accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns
• Use Tally Prime for accounting entries and financial management
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of GST regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
