: Job Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JP Operation working part time 2. Manage various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers 3. Ensure acceptance of leads of customers who are willing to opt for Jio services & mature the leads by resolving queries if any during product delivery 4. JP route planning basis leads to ensure 100% coverage across JP 5. Visit the customer premises on mutually agreed time with customer to mature the lead and deliver Jio services Skills & Competencies : 1. Fluency in local language 2. Knows how to use Smart Phone for customer interaction 3. Presentability - maintain basic hygiene for customer interaction 4. Knowledge of local geography 5. Must have a Two-wheeler for travel
