Key Responsibilities :- Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.- Investigating user issues and working with other teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently- Providing users with information about promotions, bonuses, and new games- Ensuring that users have a positive experience while playing on our platform- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively provide support to customers.- Meeting or exceeding customer support metrics, such as response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.Key Skills and Experience Required :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an added advantage- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative of at least 1 year is a must.- Ability to work under pressure and multitask- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Ability to work in a team environment- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and developments is a plus- Rotational shift, 6 days working (ref:updazz.com)
