Product Manager, New Initiatives

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Product Manager - New Initiatives to lead our product innovation efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, generating innovative ideas, and orchestrating the development of cutting-edge products that align with our company\'s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring that innovation initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently

- Develop a forward-thinking innovation strategy that aligns with the company\'s growth objectives

- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to uncover high-potential areas for product innovation

- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate novel product concepts and features that address market gaps and customer pain points

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine, evaluate, and prioritize ideas based on feasibility, market demand, and strategic fit

- Conduct thorough market research, user surveys, and competitive analysis to validate the potential of new product concepts

- Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines for innovation initiatives, ensuring that milestones are met and resources are allocated appropriately

Requirements

- 3+ years experience in product manager, new product development or management consulting

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred)

- Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem

- Ability to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and dive into the details

- Hustler who is driven to get things done. The potential to innovate is huge and there is a lot of freedom to ideate and execute

- Experience in market research, new product development, consulting or early stage startup experience is preferred

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross functional teams
