Role Type: PermanentAs a Journey Expert within Group Payments you will be part of an Agile/NWOW Squad working on the ISO20022 Program of work within Group Payments. You will be working alongside and liaising with technology groups and business stakeholders globally, with the need to manage end to end Business Analysis and related processes as well as
Communication and Change Management stakeholders across all countries.
This role will see you focusing on communication excellence, risk management, training and process guides assistance.
You are a strategic thinker, able to deal with multiple concepts and complex requirements. You will have a at least 5-10 years\' experience as a Business Analyst or in Change management experience.What will your day look like?

  • Managing end to end Business Analysis and related processes
  • Able to interpret industry requirements and break it down into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Managing functional and non-functional requirements and impact assessment workshops with cross functional stakeholders
  • Establishing end to end requirement traceability. Develop As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Development of Training Manuals and process documentation. User acceptance testing or Industry certification testing
  • Can appreciate difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously on tasks with medium complexity, work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Having past experience in operations in one or more of the following areas would be preferred:
  • Payments Processing or settlement operations with Markets or Trade
  • Payments Enquiries and Investigations. Reconciliation and investigations
  • Messaging experience - SWIFT MT messages or ISO20022 format
  • Ability to simplify and clearly articulate business processes and use cases to assist with Architecture/design
  • Have been part of a complete delivery cycle, - understand development, testing (ST, UAT, SIT, PNV, etc).
  • Domestic, Cross Border and Enterprise Payments and Transaction Processing
  • Common and reusable end-to-end platform-based services to drive ANZ business areas outcomes towards delivering payments innovation and customer focused solutions
  • Developing the Groups\' Payments platform strategy (fortification, standardisation, reuse, connectivity, interoperability, API, enhanced service and data distribution) that will support the enterprise and our partners
What will you bring?
  • ISO20022 message format
  • Knowledge of system interfaces - batch, messaging. Broad knowledge of XML, APIs, CSV, etc.
  • Abreast with latest happening in the payments spaces, payment products and use cases from customer perspective
  • Understanding of Cross border and domestic Payments landscape
  • Payments messaging regulatory reporting requirements
  • Sanctions screening and AML requirements
  • Experience of leading requirements team as a BA or JE
  • OR - as an operations lead and responsible for a team of more than 10persons
  • Superior stakeholder management and communication skills with proven experience in working with senior management and stakeholder from other areas
  • Ability to articulate complex business problems to wide range of audience
  • Understand technical design, able to link it back to requirements and confirm fit for purpose.
  • Understanding industry scenario and use cases to understand and document impact to ANZ customers, business and operations
