Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors\' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies. Implementing sales promotional strategies such as Campaigns, Promotion, etc. Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational sales related departments. Close monitoring to keep track of outstanding stocks, payments and retention of distribution channel.
