Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

- Identify and target potential clients in the chemical industry, focusing on both existing and new markets.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

3. Sales Operations:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

4. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product applications and specifications.

- Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to address client inquiries and technical issues.

5. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

-Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
