Job Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls as necessary.
• Greet visitors, ensuring they receive the highest level of care, and manage the reception area and meeting rooms to maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain logs of incoming/outgoing postal mail.
• Coordinate and manage outgoing courier services.
• Maintain visitors log, enquiries log and a cheque collection log.
• Handle basic accounting activities such as managing vouchers, petty cash, and issuing gate passes.
• Taking care of visitors and other walkin customers..
• Train housekeeping staff to handle daily activities efficiently.
• Assist the sales team with document preparation and other required documentation for product sales.
• Help arrange invoices and manage other administrative tasks.
• Record and distribute messages to the relevant staff members.
• Handle inquiries over the phone and in person in a professional manner.
Skills Required:
• Minimum 1 yr of experience working in automobile showrooms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• A self-starter with a mature approach to work.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks calmly and methodically.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and is confident and trustworthy in completing tasks.
Office Timings - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
