Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.

• Monitor and manage order flows, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

• Handle customer queries and issues related to order fulfillment and logistics.

2. Uniware Operations/Unicommerce

• Manage and optimize Uniware /Unicommerce operations for inventory, order processing, and shipment tracking.

• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Uniware/unicommerce and other e-commerce platforms.

Warehouse Coordination:

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

• Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on key operational metrics, including order fulfillment, inventory levels, and platform performance.

• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure high uptime, fast load times, and seamless user experience.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.

Requirements

• 2+ years in e-commerce operations

• Proven experience in inventory management

• Expertise in logistics and fulfillment

• Experience with e-commerce platforms

• Experience in Uniware ops ,Unicommerce WareHouse co-ordinatior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
