Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Job Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our solar plant in Jamnagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of technicians and engineers to achieve operational targets

- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues

- Prepare and submit reports on site performance and maintenance activities

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

- B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in industrial settings

- Strong technical knowledge of solar plant operations and maintenance

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
