• An ability to understand lending products and a strong background on the fundamentals of finance.

• Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely.

• Should have strong communication skills - oral and written in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• An ability to display a strong sense of empathy with the customer.

• Patience to deal with the customers, partners, and analysts in the face of process-breakdowns and delays.

• Any graduate or postgraduate.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience in B2B sales in a customer facing role.

What will you be doing?

• Lead generation on the ground for MSME loans. ( Exp in Business Loan is mandatory

• Tele-calling and physical visits to the partners in order to generate the required number of applications and conversions in a month.

• Helping the customer apply for a loan through the Company\'s platform.

• Engaging with the prospects and clarifying any queries that they might have about the lending products or process.

• Coordinating with the partner and partner resources for leads, clarifying any questions that they might have about the products and processes.

• Coordinating with the financial analyst at the back end in case of any queries being raised by the company or by the lender.

• Advocating the requirements of the customer and making suggestions for improvement in processes.

• Will have to have complete clarity on the lending products on offer.
