Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the plywood industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving business goals by promoting and selling plywood and related products.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plywood and timber industry.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, including contractors, builders, distributors, and retailers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide product knowledge and assist clients in selecting the right plywood products for their needs.
• Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and product demands.

Product Promotion:

• Organize and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers and explain their benefits.

Order and Payment Management:

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor payment collections and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
