It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools - The Pali Chimbai Municipal School in Bandra (West) The Pereirawadi Municipal School Bandra (West) and The Kherwadi Municipal School in Bandra (East).In Igatpuri, Aseema works with very poor tribal children who live in the remote tribal village to provide them with quality education. Today we reach out to more than 4000 students and besides the finest quality of education, we provide them with nutritious meals and also attend to their physical and mental well-being. Co-curricular activities like sports, art, music, dance, judo and yoga are carried out in all our schools so that the children receive a well-rounded and holistic education.Key responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:1. To identify and ensure vacancies for all centres are filled on priority.2. To identify potential sources of resource through job portals, contacts, institutions etc.3. To establish, maintain contact with institutions for campus interviews and attend the same for filling vacancies.4. To strictly follow the recruitment process including screening and shortlisting of resumes, interviewing, scheduling demo lessons in case of teachers.5. To maintain and update recruitment (Job Application) database on a regular basis.6. To update the vacancy tracker on weekly basis and share it with the concerned team members.7. To coordinate with the shortlisted candidates for document submission and assist in verification purpose.8. To prepare appointment letters & job descriptions .9. To provide assistance in organizing orientation sessions for new staff.10. To ensure complete documentation, filing and labeling of staff records is done on a timely basis.11. To maintain and update the database of all staff with all relevant information on HRMS system and generate reports.12. To prepare Experience letters and handover to the staff.Other Responsibilities:13. To conduct HR visits every month to address staff issues and submit a report after every visit.14. To generate MIS reports as per requirement.15. To assist in organizing employee engagement events and training.16. To collect family details of the new joinees every month for the addition in medicliam policy.17. To prepare and issue ID Cards for the new joinees.Volunteers:18. To ensure all volunteer requests are attended to with regard to placements at school and issuance of certificates after completion of volunteering work.19. To maintain and update volunteer database\xc2\xb7 Skills and Competencies:
2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling HR-Generalist profile including recruitments
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Mature, proactive and ability to work independently
Well versed with computer skills
Good knowledge of HRMS is required.
