You will work with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Light Detection and Ranging (Lidar) technologies to help generate accurate and actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection and processing of Lidar data for various applications.
• Support the creation and maintenance of GIS databases, maps, and spatial data layers.
• Analyze spatial data using GIS software and tools to generate reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and deliver geospatial solutions.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Help in the integration of Lidar data with GIS systems for comprehensive spatial analysis.
• Maintain and update GIS software and hardware as needed.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results in a clear and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and Lidar technology.
• Familiarity with spatial data formats and geospatial data processing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GIS and Lidar software or hardware (internships, projects, or academic work).
• Understanding of coordinate systems, spatial referencing, and data visualization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
