2, POSITION SUMMARYAs a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for driving the
growth and expansion of the company's business activities. Your primary focus will be on generating
leads, building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing
teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.3, OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold
calling, visiting clients, industry exhibitions events, referrals, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
giving a detailed demonstration about our services, understanding their needs, and
facilitating meetings with the transaction team to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Conduct detailed sales presentations with prospective clients and
closing preferred vendor relationship agreements for PAN India service. Prepare and
review contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry
developments to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on market demand.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective
business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand
market presence.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking
sessions to build a strong professional network and identify potential partnerships to
enhance business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyse key sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide
regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market insights, and
business development activities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure
customer satisfaction, address any concerns.

Education
(degree / diploma)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MBA Degree or
EquivalentExperience xe2x80xa2 Proven track record in business development or sales in RealEstate/Hospitality.
  • Relevant experience of Business Development within a matrix
organisation is Advantageous preferably in Industries mentioned
above.Knowledge and Skills
(Functional / Technical)
  • Knowledge of MS Office/PowerPoint and other Sales Tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and
maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and
capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work
independently and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to gage the upcoming requirements from the clients.
  • Remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Partner with the clients to gain insights (competition, market, etc.)
which will facilitate with the closure of transactions.
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete
appropriate research on the prospective client's business model &
requirement needs.
  • Approach & establish a working relationship with the assigned set
of clients.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
