Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries

Understand clients\' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their
needs.Retention Strategies:
Implement effective retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
and growth.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to prevent churn and
enhance retention rates.
Account Growth:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive
revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to
develop customized solutions for clients.
Customer Visits:
Conduct periodic visits to key clients to strengthen relationships and gain insights
into their evolving needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM
software.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, sales performance, and
growth opportunities.Requirements:
2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales and Business Development in the Beauty and
Wellness/ Cosmetics/ Skin / Hair Care industry.
The candidate should be experienced with the Bangalore Market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
trust with clients.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
Willingness to travel daily for client visits.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for the cosmetics, wellness, or beauty industry and a drive to stay updated on
