Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information about DigitalVia Technologies' digital marketing courses, certifications, and training programs to prospective students.
• Guide students through the admission process, including explaining course curriculum, fees, and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct informational sessions and webinars to attract and engage potential students.
• Understand the career goals and aspirations of students and recommend appropriate courses based on their interests and objectives.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings to answer queries and facilitate enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for student recruitment and retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in digital marketing to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work experience as an Education Counselor, Admission Counselor, or a similar role in an educational institution or training center is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry trends is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
