You will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential students, providing them with detailed information about our courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. Responsibilities:

As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through our digital marketing courses, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their career goals. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential students, providing them with detailed information about our courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about our digital marketing courses to prospective students, helping them understand the curriculum, learning outcomes, and career prospects.
- Conduct one-to-one consultations with potential students to assess their educational background, career aspirations, and suitability for our courses.
- Recommend appropriate courses based on the students needs and goals of each prospective student, highlighting the benefits and relevance of our offerings.
- Assist students in the enrollment process, including completing application forms, coordinating course payments, and ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address any queries or concerns they may have and provide ongoing support throughout the decision-making process.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering a sense of trust and confidence in our company and courses..
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A background in digital marketing or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in education counseling, student advisement, or a related field. Experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with students\' needs, and provide personalized guidance and support.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
