Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics to join our team in


Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of programming experience, including at least 2


years of hands-on experience with Python. This role requires working offline and involves designing,


building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Design and implement software platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in early product demonstrations to customers.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Integrate data storage solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to understand end-user requirements and provide

technical solutions for new software features.


Skills

• Work experience as a Python Developer.
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid).
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
• Experience with Python and common libraries/frameworks such as Flask and Celery.
• Good understanding of Python syntax and its nuances.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages.

• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project

requirements).


• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries, especially React JS or AngularJS.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
• A knack for writing clean, readable Python code.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Ability to understand monitoring metrics such as CPU, Memory, Disk Space, Network latency,

and Telemetry Services.


• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Ability to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Experience with Linux environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Overall 5+ years of experience in programming with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on

experience in Python
