Introduction A Candidate who can efficiently lead a team which is made up of technical experts with an operational and a strong technical background, this control-aware team is adept at identifying technical issues that affect specific logical access controls, cross-functional working with developers and support teams to identify an appropriate remediation plan, and in many cases implement the technical changes to address the control issues. Own the resolution of technical control failures and Implementation of workarounds to address critical control failures while drive strategic changes. Advanced technical support for IAM Support team escalations What will you be doing . Manage IT Service Delivery of the Identity and Access Management solution which includes 6 key IT solutions and further, overseeing a number of key functions within the Information Security department which enable the delivery of high quality product and service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. . Lead a team which Manages Identity & Access Management solution of the Bank and while ensuring the delivered IAM services meet the Bank\'s business needs, application owners\' and users\' expectations in line established controls and standards. . Proven records of Supporting the function in making informed business decisions based on data and trends. . Proven records of Working alongside cross-functional teams or within the business or with the management team to establish business needs and accordingly deliver on the requirement . Good hands on experience in developing connectors, adapters, schedulers and enhancing the out of the box connectors in the identity and access management framework . Extensive knowledge of BPM tools like SOA, Camunda etc for designing and debugging the approval and provisioning workflows . Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications . Attend day-to-day operational activities of 3rd Level production support, which ensures maintenance and support of applications and automated service workflows. . Design and implement risk responses to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed promptly, in line with business objectives. . Play a pivotal role in Strategy Planning and Road Map design of Bank\'s Identify and Access management solution. . Manage and deliver critical Joiner, Mover & Leaver controls and Privileged access management\'s solution and enhancements by further strengthening the defined controls. . Monitoring the deployment of continuous improvement framework and constantly identifying ways & means to drive efficiencies & enhancing controllership . Assess the priority of the enhancement or defect and scope it in SDLC process based on the availability of band width of developers, testers and business analyst and accordingly maintain expectations of clients and stakeholders. . The requirements for Access and Identity Management are growing rapidly so the candidate must be able to think out of the box to improve the existing technology and framework adhering to aggressive deadlines What we\'re looking for: . ITIL Experience & knowledge . Service Now basic understanding Skills that will help you in the role: . Minimum 8 years of IDAM Experience in any of the IAM Toolsets (Oracle/Tivoli/Sailpoint) . Proficient in Java & PL-SQL . People Management experience with excellent Stakeholder Management skills. .
