The Client has a set of standard templates in JIRA and Confluence to onboard their
customers onto for very specific customer projects 2. The projects are large and run many months since
it is based on a very large set of products that the client has as services 3. There are technical teams
currently supporting the templates and the projectsJob Responsibilities 1. Work on new solutions to provide client visibility into all the customer projects,
demand for changes from all customers on the current products 2. Help integrate these solutions for
new and perhaps existing customers 3. Build automation where needed to improve data quality and
improve standardization 4. Source issues from client product teams and client implementation teams to
continuously improve solutions and customer experience in working with the team 5. Work very closely
with existing team to help bridge the gaps already identified Hence they are looking with experience in
PMLC and SDLC on JIRAMandatory Skill Set-JIRA ADMIN with experience in PMLC and SDLC on JIRA
Preferred Skill Set-Atlassian Certified resources
Year of experience required-6-8 yrs
Qualifications-B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM.
