Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled JIRA Administrator with expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining JIRA workflows. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with other project and task management tools such as Trello, Asana, Freshdesk, and ClickUp. You will play a key role in streamlining our team's processes and ensuring the effective use of these tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize JIRA Software to meet organizational needs.
• Design, create, and maintain JIRA workflows, screens, custom fields, and permission schemes.
• Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on JIRA and other tools such as Trello, Asana, Freshdesk, and ClickUp.
• Manage user permissions and roles for JIRA projects and other task management tools.
• Maintain and optimize dashboards and reports for better insights into project performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and upgrades of tools to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
