Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Jira instances, including user management, workflows, custom fields, and plugins.
- Develop custom scripts and automation using Python to enhance Jira functionality and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in Jira.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation for Jira configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Jira administration, including user management, permission schemes, workflows, and issue configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation and customizations within the Jira environment.
- Strong understanding of Jira REST API for integration with other applications.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and support Agile methodologies within Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
