Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and convey product knowledge about diamonds, jewelry styles, and care.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Stay updated on current trends in jewelry and diamonds.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of diamonds and jewelry design is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
