Role Overview: As a B2B Marketing Executive at Kalajee Jewellery, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that target business clients. Your goal will be to expand our client base, enhance our market presence, and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, independent jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and Chain stores.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B sales order pipeline, focusing on long-term relationships with jewellery retailers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and share details to the product development team.
• Collaborate with the Product development team to develop new products for respective clients.
• Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments and servicing for all orders received and processed.
• Exhibit at trade shows, manage company and associate booths and generate leads to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain a proper database of jewellers and follow the sales pipeline processes.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the gem and jewellery B2B business.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
• Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
