Position Overview

Navrattan Enterprises is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Jewellery Designer with expertise in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and Matrix software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and timeless jewellery designs, a strong understanding of current trends in the jewellery industry, and proficiency in translating concepts into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation : Develop unique and intricate jewellery designs, ranging from traditional to contemporary styles, using CAD and Matrix software.
• 3D Modelling : Create detailed and accurate 3D models of jewellery pieces, ensuring designs meet manufacturing standards.
• Trend Analysis : Research and incorporate current trends, market demands, and customer preferences into design concepts.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with production teams, gemologists, and marketing professionals to ensure designs align with the company's vision and technical requirements.
• Prototyping : Oversee the creation of prototypes and make necessary adjustments for precision and quality.
• Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all designs are practical for manufacturing and meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education : Diploma or degree in Jewellery Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience : 2+ years of experience in jewellery design, particularly with CAD and Matrix software.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in CAD and Matrix for jewellery designing.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
• Creative Abilities : Excellent artistic and visualization skills with attention to detail.
• Teamwork : Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of other 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, JewelCAD).
• Understanding of gemstones and setting techniques.
• Prior experience in custom jewellery design.
