Points to Note : This is an In Office On site Job based in Delhi Salary offered : 2.40 - 3.00 Lacs per Annum ( Negotiable) We work 6 days a week Responsibilities: Designing Unique Jewelry : Conceptualize and create original jewelry designs that align with Beabhika\'s brand identity and resonate with our target audience Material Selection: Carefully choose appropriate metals, gemstones, and other materials to bring your designs to life, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations. Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest fashion and jewelry trends, incorporating relevant elements into your designs while maintaining the brand\'s unique aesthetic. Prototyping and Sampling: Oversee the prototyping and sampling process, providing feedback and adjustments as needed to ensure the final product accurately reflects your vision. Quality Control: Participate in quality control checks to verify that the finished jewelry meets the design specifications and uphold Beabhika\'s standards of craftsmanship. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement. Requirements: Education and Experience: A degree or diploma in Jewelry Design or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your unique design style and creativity. Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating accurate and detailed design illustrations. Knowledge of Jewelry Making Techniques: Familiarity with jewelry making techniques, materials, and production processes, including stone setting, metalworking, and finishing. Creative Vision: An innate sense of creativity and an ability to stay ahead of trends, developing fresh and innovative designs that resonate with our target audience. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each piece of jewelry reflects the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and visual communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with the product development team and other stakeholders. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
