We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for showcasing our exquisite jewelry collection, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This role requires a passion for jewelry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget.
• Educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and unique features of our jewelry products.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by management.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jewelry Sales Executive or similar role in a retail environment, with 1-2 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge and passion for jewelry and gemstones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or gemology is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines and industry developments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
