Chotteylal & Sons, a leading brand, globally known for bridal accessories and jewelry, is actively seeking a highly trained Sales Associate for our flagship store in Gurugram.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist customers with a high level of professionalism.
2. Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance in product selection.
3. Follow up with customers on call/message after purchase to ensure customer service.
4. Cultivate positive relationships to enhance the overall shopping experience.
5. Have knowledge of jewelry products, features, and industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Experience in retail sales, preferably in the Wedding/Jewellery/Bridal Accessories Industry.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good English Speaking Skills

Compensation: 20,000 - 25,000 per month + Incentives
Timing: 10.30-8.30. 6 Days a Week. Weekly 1 Day Off
