Job Description
• Deep understanding of diamonds including the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat), diamond grading, and identification of diamond types (e.g., round brilliant, princess cut).
• Engage with customers to understand their jewelry preferences and guide them in selecting the perfect diamond jewelry pieces based on their needs and budget.
• Ensure attractive presentation of jewelry displays, adhering to company merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stay updated with current jewelry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, order processing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
