Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Mandatory skill)
Effective sales and service techniques to engage customers and close sales (Mandatory skill)
In-depth knowledge of brand offerings and product details (Mandatory skill)
Strong customer service skills to manage client interactions and inquiries professionally
Ability to manage sales processes and meet sales targets consistently
Basic understanding of risk management in retail settings to mitigate potential issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
High level of enthusiasm and motivation to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and requirements
Provide detailed information on the features and benefits of various products
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the store\'s inventory and brand products
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Meet individual and store sales targets as set by management
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Participate in inventory management and stock control activities
