• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Mandatory skill)

• In-depth knowledge of brand offerings and product details (Mandatory skill)
• Strong customer service skills to manage client interactions and inquiries professionally
• Ability to manage sales processes and meet sales targets consistently
• Basic understanding of risk management in retail settings to mitigate potential issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• High level of enthusiasm and motivation to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and requirements
• Provide detailed information on the features and benefits of various products
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the store\'s inventory and brand products
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Meet individual and store sales targets as set by management
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Participate in inventory management and stock control activities
