Jewellery Sales Assistant
Job Description
• Customer Interaction
• Welcome and greet customers warmly.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to offer appropriate suggestions.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, materials, and designs.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and financing options.
• Product Knowledge
• Develop in-depth knowledge of jewelry types, gemstones, metals, and trends.
• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of jewelry.
• Stay updated with new arrivals and inventory.
• Inventory Management
• Assist with stock checks and inventory management.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of high-value items.
• Report low stock levels or popular items to management.
• Store Presentation
• Arrange displays attractively to showcase products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and showcases.
• Ensure jewelry items are properly labeled with accurate prices and descriptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
