Job Description

As a Jewelry Sales Assistant (Male candidates preferred, females can apply also), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their jewelry selections, and driving sales. You will help maintain the store's visual presentation, manage inventory, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and advice on jewelry items.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Sales and Product Management:
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Ensure that jewelry displays are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining store displays and promotional materials.
• Follow store guidelines for visual merchandising and product placement.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that popular items are well-stocked.
• Assist with receiving and checking inventory deliveries.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the manager.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Prepare and complete sales reports as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and updating customer information.
• Security and Compliance:
• Follow security procedures to protect store assets and prevent loss.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle valuable items with care and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
