We are looking for a dedicated Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, provide detailed information about products, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Product Presentation: Present and showcase jewelry collections to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and the value of the products.
• Order Management: Process sales orders, coordinate with the production team for timely delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including retailers, wholesalers, and individual clients.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the jewelry market in India and customer preferences.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Language: Proficiency in English and local languages.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
