We are looking for •JEWELLERY MERCHANDISER • for Gainful Gems and Jewels.

Need candidate from Jewelry Background.

•Responsibilities: •

• Customer Support : Respond promptly to customer emails regarding product inquiries, order status, returns, and general support.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the jewelry product range to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Order Management : Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Merchandising Support : Collaborate with the merchandising team to promote new arrivals, sales, and special offers through targeted email communications.
• Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and insights from email interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting : Track email support metrics and customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional efforts.
• Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries for future reference.

•Skills: •

• Proficient in email communication and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of jewelry products and trends.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

•Qualifications: •

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or merchandising, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to commute/relocate: •

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
