Job Description

You will help coordinate creative elements across the event, ensure execution meets event objectives across many areas of the event from registration to keynote to expo to entertainment experiences and more Conduct and lead design research, persona development, and a wide variety of usability studies Collaborate with product management, and other stakeholders to define design vision and implement intuitive user interactions with our products and applications Lead innovation with stunning visual designs and effectively communicate them through the team. Present and justify design rationale and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders Advocate for and follow user-centered design Collaborate with a team of great people to deliver great products Designs and documents the interaction of the user experience for web and software-based interfaces, applying standard user-centered design guidelines and techniques Presents design concepts and deliverables to the production team Performs all phases of learning design including analysis, design, development, and evaluation throughout the program life-cycle to achieve optimal learner-centric training solutions Collaborates with SMEs and program leads to ensure that content, learning objectives, localization, and delivery modes meet production goals Recommends and creates learning solutions that may be delivered in a variety of formats, including traditional and virtual classroom training, eLearning, microlearning, videos, and simulations Maintains communication with the Manager and all production stakeholders throughout the design and development process, as appropriate Collaborates with Design and Development teams to create high-impact learning solutions Comfortable working with teams to help turn ambiguous concepts into detailed designs Create curriculum roadmaps and menus and recommend the optimal blend and supporting rationale Video and digital storyboarding, design, and development Engage with team members to enable clarity of goal Work directly with visual and interactive design teams to ensure design and development is applied properly to the intended experience that you defined Create user journeys as needed to communicate experience design and intent for new ideas Test your ideas/designs for usability issues ahead of development Promote and foster inclusive design/development practices through a better understanding of web accessibility as applied to your experience solutions Strong knowledge of how to design experiences that work equally well in modern legacy browsers/platforms Able to take loose requirements and concepts on the fly with a strong agile mindset Demonstrate a strong ability to sell your vision to peers and senior management Promote user-centered design principles within the organization Utilizes knowledge and practical experience and exercises judgment in applying design and usability standards to work assignments Work reviewed by more senior designers for ease of use and overall aesthetics Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
