• Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, handling diamond inventory, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of jewelry designs. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stock Inventory Check : Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring available items match the records.
• Diamond Inventory : Handle inventory related to diamonds, tracking quantity, quality, and value.
• Design Checking : Verify the accuracy and quality of designs, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Design Number Creation : Assign unique identification numbers to different designs for effective cataloguing.
• Diamond Requirement Report Creation : Generate reports outlining diamond requirements based on sales, trends, or other factors to aid in procurement planning.
• Wastage Tracking : Monitor and minimize wastage related to materials, time, or resources.
• Article Checking : Ensure finished articles, such as jewelry pieces, meet quality standards before release or sale.
• Reporting to Superiors : Regularly update on work progress, challenges, and any significant developments.
