Jeeva.ai is urgently hiring for Business Development Role.:- Experience: 3+ years in SaaS sales, specializing in selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in the US market, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Consultative Approach: You take a solutions-oriented approach to business development and client success efforts.- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch value offerings effectively.- Proactive: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented.- Driven: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software's and keeping it consistently updated.- Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with US geography and experience in closing for software product and service sales.- Relationship Builder: Adept at communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities.- Client Presentations & Demos: Present our SaaS solutions through compelling product demonstrations and presentations.- Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and needs.- Closing: Negotiate contracts and effectively close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.- Activity Management: Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.- Feedback and Relationship Building: Engage with current customers, gather feedback, and ensure they're maximizing their use of Jeeva.ai, driving renewals and upsells.- Drive Growth: Be a key player in helping us close 100+ customers per month and maintain momentum in our revenue pipeline.
